- How to use The Vault in the morning: Cleanse, tone, treat, hydrate, moisturize, protect. In practice the morning uses about six of the ten products: the exfoliant and the overnight-weighted steps belong to the evening. Protect + Glow SPF 30 is always the final skincare step, applied on top of your moisturizer and before makeup. Pink 'Spresso and Pink 'Glaze sit at the end and can be reapplied through the day. How to use The Vault at night: The evening is where the exfoliation and treatment steps live. Cleanse first, then exfoliate on the nights you exfoliate rather than every night. Follow with the toning and serum steps, then treatment drops, then 24-7 Moisture as the final layer. No sunscreen at night.
Shipping and returns
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–8 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Our voluntary return window is 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
